Established in 2008 by lifelong friends, Primo Partners is locally owned and operated. It all started with a single scoop shop and has since grown to a Multi Unit, Multi Brand Organization, encompassing Ben & Jerry’s, Starbucks and other soon to be announced ventures. We are trailblazers and system leaders in operations throughout the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virgina.
